Our company aims to offer a comprehensive solution for our customers’ projects. We offer complete services that include all the necessary tasks to get to your final product. We take part in our customers’’ projects from the initial consultations, to processing the technical documentation all the way to manufacturing the final product on state-of-the-art CNC machines. Upon request, we can adjust the product’s surface, e.g. by using decorative metal blasting or by using laser engraving, to add signs or company logos. Finally, we ensure the final assembly, testing and handover. All according to the customer’s requirements.

CNC MILLING

CNC TURNING
on a lathe with powered tools, counter-spindle and bar feeder allowing grooving, drilling, milling already during the turning process.

DECORATIVE METAL BLASTING
Blasting is an impressive method to treat metal surfaces as it creates a satin-like matt surface. However, this surface is not rough, compared to, for example, Ballotini blasting. This treatment may also be used as preparation before the final surface treatment, e.g. by anodisation.

MEDICAL AIDS
We custom-make atypical medical aids and medical equipment according to the customer’s designs. We are able to ensure the entire process from the design, via prototyping and testing up to manufacturing a complete series. Quality is always our priority.

FLAME CUTTERS FOR STONE
We develop, produce and recondition flame cutters for stone cutting in quarries. This equipment can be used wherever large rock blocks need to be quarried without being damaged by blasting. This helps to cut the block into thin slabs.

LASER ENGRAVING
Laser engraving on metals is an efficient, precise, fast and permanent method
of product labelling or decorating. Using a laser, we can give detailed resolution to texts, QR codes or company logos engraved on your products. -
